- Flax Seeds
- Dry Dates (Chowara)
All products are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to:
- Limit quantities
- Update product pricing
- Discontinue products without notice
- Cancel suspicious or fraudulent orders
2. Order Processing
- Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days.
- Customers will receive confirmation after successful payment and order placement.
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier availability.
3. Cancellation Policy
Orders may only be canceled before shipping.
Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
Harvest Treats reserves the right to cancel orders due to:
- Stock unavailability
- Payment verification failure
- Incorrect pricing
- Suspicious activity
In such cases, eligible refunds will be processed.
4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds or replacements may be approved only if:
- Wrong product delivered
- Product damaged during delivery
- Product received in poor condition
- Expired product delivered
- Missing items in order
Customers must report issues within 24–48 hours of delivery.
Proof such as images/videos may be required for verification.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not be provided for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect address provided by customer
- Delay caused by courier partners
- Opened or partially consumed products
- Minor packaging variations
6. Refund Process
If a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on banks/payment gateways.
- Cash on Delivery refunds may be processed through bank transfer or wallet methods.
7. Replacement Policy
Eligible damaged or incorrect products may be replaced based on stock availability.
Replacement requests must include:

- Product images
- Issue description
